  • 2017 Phillip Dehne (St. Joseph’s College) for “The Ministry of  Blockade during the First World War and the Demise of Free Trade,” which appeared in Twentieth Century British HIstory, (Volume 27, Issue 3, 1 September2016).  Oxford University Press, which publishes the journal, has kindly provided access to the article here
  • 2014  Brian Newsome (Elizabethtown College) for  “The Women of the Pavillons: A Case Study,” which appeared in Historical Reflections/Réflexions Historiques, (Volume 38, Issue 3, Winter 2012).  Berghahn Books, which publishes the journal, has kindly offered free access to the article here.
